By this stage the Adventurer had a lowered seat and revised bars that made it much more usable than the original high-bar bike. It keeps the characterful 885 cc triple, large rear mudguard, chrome covers and megaphone silencers. A road test praised the engine's flexibility but found top gear too tall for high-speed cruising and noted no fuel warning light.
